(One because the mods hate me. And that I had "gunshot scars" in the topic. Plus the cigarette smoking. So they ban my threads for PG-13 rating stuff...when its 1:30 in the morning, and no child goes onto the hp site anyway.. 2. It is your turn. Unless if you want me to, I can repost all of the posts on here in order. xD)

Gabriel De Gillern. Gabe. Just Gabe. He was about early 30's with a terrible sense of intuition and a habit of smoking a lot of cigarettes. He sighed as he held a piece of paper in his hand with the address for the Whitmore mansion. ****. How did he find himself in this business again? Oh right. Right out of Hogwarts this Ravenclaw found himself in Knock Turn Alley. Some guy came up to him while he was looking about this artifacts shop.
Flash back....
"You sir."
Gabe looked up, aged 17 at this time, about to touch a vintage looking small black box. A man with steely blue eyes, and a dark mark on his arm stared him back. "What are the likes of you doing here?" The man gravelly said, with narrowed eyes towards him. "I'm allowed to be here just as much as you." Gabe said with enough authority made the steely blue-eyed man question his abilities.
That man, was no real Death Eater. He was an inside man for the Order of the Phoenix. Sure, Voldemort is dead, Harry Potter has retired and is relaxing with his lovely three kids, but this man, William VanHelm was definitely a great mentor. He helped young Gabe into the art of manipulation, seduction, information-gathering, and all for the good side. William mentored Gabe and Gabe knew he wanted to protect people. He liked the feeling of "playing hero". And years went on, and Gabe protected many prestigeous muggle and wizarding families and celebrities.
Gabe, clad in only a worn-in leather jacket, a white t-shirt, and dirtied blue jeans, with a carried rucksack magically charmed to fit into his pocket, and normal grey sneakers. Sure, he doesn't look the part of a stereotypical bodyguard. But he was the best of the best. He sighed as he walked up to the mansion and got let in by one of Mister Branbridge 's many maids. He was led to the office door and he knocked three times and stopped.
He blinked at Mister Branbridge and smiled. "No problem. I'm happy to help." He said with a slight smirk on his face as he shook Mister Branbridge 's hand. "Just call me Gabe." Gabe added with a smile. He raised an eyebrow towards the young woman at the window. Gabe knew that was his protected. Protected means the one who is being protected. Unlike Gabe, who is the protector, who protects the protected. In other words, she's his client. He smiled. "I'm guessing this is Robin?" He asked, a rough/raspyness to his voice, but loud enough to become authoritative when needed.

Robin sat at the window seat of her dad's office as he explained the situation to her. He and mother would be going away for several months and she would be left in the care of some guard person ... all because of some threat they had gotten. "DADDY!" Robin whined loudly, "I am twenty four years old I can stay home alone!" her voice was shrill and rather annoying. That was not her normal tone, just the one she used when she wanted something ... which was usually the only reason she talked with her father.
He turned to her swiftly and crossed his arms. "This is important Robin Branbridge we are in danger and you need protection" he said in his firm tone. He was usually one to give in to her every demand but he could be strong when he wanted to. She tossed her short blond hair back and glared at him as there was a knock at the door.
Her father chatted with the man in the door. He looked so ... she didn't know. He was wearing a t-shirt and a leather jacket and she couldn't help but smirk a little. She was used to men who wore suites and ties, this man was just another low class thing. She rolled her eyes and tossed her hair back as she stood up and stood beside her father. Despite the fact that she had an immediate distaste for this man she was raised to be slightly polite.
"Robin Branbridge" she said without extending her hand for a shake. She wasn't going to touch this man. She lifted her chin a bit and sneered slightly. She tossed her hair again and replaced the sneer with a slight smile as her father glared at her. She knew her sneer was not her most attractive look but she really hated her smile, it was always so forced. She bit back the urge to roll her eyes again and took a deep breath.
"And what will I be calling you?" she asked curtly as she eyed him up and down in disgust. She didn't like him at all and she'd have to spend every hour around him for months ... she would get him to quite like every other person who had worked for her had. No one stuck around Robin for long ... not even her parents could stand her for more than a couple weeks.

Gabe knew that she would be unimpressed. Sure his tactics may seem....immoral.....to some extent, but he does have his client's best interests at heart. Which would be their safety. Nothing else. Just to know that they are away from any harm to them, makes him a pretty happy man...even if he doesn't broadly show it on his face. He smiled at the wealthy man. He was a nice man. He had conversing him through owl-ing as well as William Vanhelm who told the gentleman in his retiring stage that Gabe was the best at his job. No one else was as good as Gabe.
"Nice to meet you Robin. Or would you rather me call you Robbie?"
Gabe could tell that this girl was a daddy's girl to start. She also brought up in a loving home with her father, no mother to be around, so she has her father's time and attention. She seemed to be a brat because of this, and only would use her father's wealth and guilt for not spending more time with his beloved daughter to get her anything in the world that she desired.
Yes. Gabe was that intuitive that by just looking at her he could tell all of those things. He smirked as he shook her hand, a firm, manly handshake. But not strong enough to hurt her hand. As well, he needed to have her help to hide.
"I am the only person who can hide you from them, just so you're aware."
Gabe responded back easily, but with a tone of voice that could make seem that he has a big bite with his bark. He watched as the minister apologize. "It's fine." Gabe replied as he shoved his hands in the pockets of his jeans as he watched the interaction between the minister and his daughter. Mister Branbridge sighed. "Hunny, you'll be leaving the house, with Gabe, and going into hiding. We will meet you in Greece in two weeks." Mister Branbridge said before handing Robin a packed bag of clothes, and necessities. Gabe watched with a small smile. Gabe missed his parents. They lived in the States in Florida for retirement. He didn't mind, he was only 30. He was used to being alone, and has been since he was 23. He should give them a call after this mission was over.
They left the office door and he looked at her large bag. He raised an eyebrow. "First, Motel 8." He said with a smirk as he started off towards the front door of the mansion. It was a good twenty minute walk, but nothing new for this bodyguard. He liked the exercise. He looked over at her. "But before we leave your home-sweet-home," Gabe said lightly, but with a tone of sourness at the mention of home, "you need to shrink your bag so it is hidden. I'll tell you when to enlarge it and to change the color and size when we're almost at the motel." Gabe added as he stood at the front door, his hand on the door watching her bag with slightly narrowed eyes. He needed her to listen to him. Because if she didn't, they would be found.
As if they could find him. No one could anyway.

Robin listened to him in silence without responding to his question. Robbie, she'd not been called that since she was four and told her friends that she was going to be a big business woman. She was intelligent enough to do so but her father wanted her to marry and have lots of little monsters. Robin sighed as she was handed her bag. She was grew more and more annoyed by the moment.
"Daddy," she whined again, "please don't make me go!" her father just waved her off and pushed her out of his office. She was livid, she always got what she wanted and he was saying no? That was not possible. Robin walked along beside Gabe with a rather sour look on her face. Her trunk was big and heavy and she couldn't have anything less. Her clothing was her only way of expressing that she was better than others and she would have to point that out at every turn to this man.
When the man began instructing her Robin was stuck between common sense and anger. Finally she settled on anger. "HEY," she said as she spun on him and narrowed her eyes, "I've not even been told who I am running from and now I am getting commands from the likes of you!" she didn't say she wouldn't do it, having her luggage shrunk down sounded quite pleasant but she would never admit that. "I don't even know who you are" she shot out as she pointed a finger at him dramatically.
It was true. She had no idea who he was other than the fact that he was to protect her. She supposed that was all she needed to know but she was upset none the less. How was she supposed to spend all of her time with a silly man who she didn't know! She huffed at the thought. She'd been courted by some of the richest men in the world and now she was stuck with this ... this ... thing. Well ... he was rather attractive but that was completely beside the point, he was a worker and she the boss. He would get annoyed and he would leave. That would be her greatest pleasure.
"SO" she said in her best shrill voice, "are you going to tell me who the heavens is after me or do I have to throw a tantrum right NOW" she said as she made her face slightly pouty and raised her voice slightly. She was not really that way. When she was alone in her room she loved to read, she loved to study and she was extremely well mannered with most people but she didn't want this man around so she figured putting on her best show would work. It got rid of every one else in her life so why not him.
She crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes. She shook her hair from her face and tilted her head to one side. "SO" she exclaimed once more as she kept her eyes on him. If she was lucky he would walk away right then and there figuring she wasn't worth it or something.

Gabe shrugged back at her. "Okay Robbie." He said easily looking at her who was looking at her nails. Gabe rolled his eyes. Why did girls need to have their whole body perfect? No one's perfect. So why do they try so hard to achieve perfection? Well, he knew why, due to a few courses in psychology that William VanHelm made him take to learn about the mind itself, in order to manipulate it. And he also had to take anatomy classes to learn the most vulnerable spots when attacking the attacker. He also learned and mastered karate, and just basic fighting skills.
He knew that she was surprised at his response towards her. But then again, he had to show her that he was the boss here. Without him, she would get hurt. She had to work with him in order to stay alive and to be hidden from the Damien Waters, who wanted her for some unknown reason. He chuckled when she shrieked and pointed a finger at him.
Interesting. It showed that she was angry, and a bit prejudiced against him, thinking that if she put on a show, that people will leave. Well, he wouldn't be leaving just like that. He smirked, as he took out his wand and pointed it at her trunk, shrinking it to the size of a wallet. "For you m'dear Robin." Gabe said with a chuckle as he plopped the small trunk into her hand.
He opened the front door and looked over at her. "I'll tell you who we're running from when we're at the motel. I'm Gabe by the way." He said with a smirk as he pushed her out the door before him and closed the door afterwards. And with that, he set off towards the town of London. It was beginning nightfall and he wanted to be near the motel and to eat at the diner next door to the diner, knowing fully well that they may not be able to eat the next day due to travelling. The wind blew gently as the sun started to set in the Western sky. He took out his lighter from his leather jacket inner pocket and a cigarette from his backpocket in his jeans. He flicked the lighter on, and stuck the cigarette onto his lips. He lit his cigarette and inhaled deeply, flicking the lighter off and slipped it back into his leather jacket pocket. He didnt need to talk. He knew that she would either not be in the talking mood, or would be asking him questions to get him to talk.

Again Robin was livid. He had told her nothing and simply shrunk her suitcase. She closed her hand around it and glared at him as he lead her out. She wanted to shout, he was supposed to have been annoyed with her, he was supposed to be angry. He was supposed to walk away. She gritted her teeth and walked beside the man with her trunk held tightly in the palm of her hand. She glanced up at him as the wind blew through his hair.
She generally liked bad weather. She liked storms and thunder, she had no reason why but she did. It was something thrilling that her normal life did not allow. It was something she couldn't control. Robin shook the thought from her head and glanced up again as Gabe light a cigarette. Robin's brows furrowed and she reached up instantly, grabbing the thing from his mouth.
"No" she said as she threw the thing to the ground and stomped on it. "That is unhealthy and it smells like heck" she said firmly as she twisted her foot to make a show of the whole thing. She looked back up at him and decided on an insult, "no wonder you stink" she said firmly. Honestly she hadn't been anywhere close enough to him to smell him but she said it none the less. Again trying to get him to leave her. She flipped her hair again and then looked back at the cigarette. Her father smoked cigars all the time and she did nothing about it. She really had no problem with it but still she was trying her best to be annoying.
"Nasty habit" Robin clucked her tongue and looked back up at him with mischief sparkling in her eyes. She flipped her hair once again and smirked lightly at him, the closest thing to a smile that he would ever receive. She then looked away and walked ahead of him a few steps, the wind blowing her hair back behind her. She didn't look back but she knew there were only two options there, either he would walk away or he would stay ... she didn't care to see which happened.
If he walked away he was like everyone else. A worthless human being that left her hanging when times got tough like everyone else. If he stayed she had to admit that he was much more concentrated than she wanted, he would be a tough job to get rid of. She considered the two and tried to figure out which she would like more and then decided on him leaving being better. She liked being alone anyways.

Gabe knew so much that she was mad at him. At her father. At whoever's out to get her. Gabe held in a smirk. He was the protector. He was in here for the job, to get her safely to Greece, apparently one of their summer homes in Greece on the coastline in a nice white house tucked into the cliffside like many other houses were. A nice place. Gabe has been there before, so he knew where he was going.
He blinked when she took the cigarette from his mouth. He watched as she stomped on it and then told him he stunk. "Well," Gabe said before pausing, "You're not standing close to me, so how would you know that I stink? Maybe you're just smelling yourself." He said with a smirk. "Plus it's a great reliever of stress." Gabe added with a shrug. Guess he'll be smoking when she's rightfully asleep in their motel room. Joy.
And Gabe was looking forward to that cigarette too. Gabe chuckled at her comment that it was a nasty habit. "I'm not going to blow it on you. Plus, I dont smoke when we're inside the hotel as well." He wasn't totally addicted to smokes, but he did need them occasionally, to take away his stress. He rolled his eyes at her as they continnued to walk. "I know its suicide. But I may die young anyway." Gabe shrugged.
His job was dangerous, after all, bad guys were always chasing after the ones that he's protecting and Gabe would be in the middle of the bad guys and his clients. Plus, he already got hit with a gun a few times in his stomach and arms, one of them in his shoulder when he was eighteen, and then decided to get a tattoo there to hide his gunshot scar. He had two noticeable marks on his left abdomen, as well as one on his right butt cheek. Yes, it was part of a mission that he had when he was much younger, and it hurt like hell when he had to take them out himself. Thankfully, none of them hit any major organs. Just muscle tissue. (whew. your turn!)

She glared over her shoulder at him when he didn't walk away from her. He was supposed to have been gone at that point. She sighed and decided her best bet was to whine. It worked the best and often drove her slightly mad in the process. She stopped walking and firmly placed her feet on the ground as she screwed up her expression into a pout with her bottom lip jutted out and her eyes narrow. "I'm TIRED!" she said in a shrill voice that gave her a headache. She nearly winced as the tone came out of her own mouth but held back.
This worked to drive daddy away and it would work with him. She crossed her arms firmly over her chest and opened her mouth in a wail. "I don't WANNNNT to walk any more!" she sounded like a four year old child and she hated it. She was really rather intelligent. She read all the time and she knew more about most things than even her father did. She hated feeling so young and silly but it was a necessary thing to get what she wanted. She frowned and threw her hand out to point at him. "Letttt meeeee goooo hoommmmme" she said in a very high tone that made her visibly wince ever so slightly.
Robin shut her eyes as if in protest but she really wanted to keep the disgust with herself down. Why she was trying so hard to drive this man away was well beyond her. She was feeling pain in her chest that she barely recognized as guilt. When she opened her eyes she looked up at Gabe with her first real expression in a long time. Her eyes glistened with plea and she could feel her face turning into pain. She didn't know what she wanted but she wanted out. Why did she have to be chased by killers, she thought desperately as she looked at him. Why her, she'd done nothing wrong.
"Please" she said gently this time, with real tears welling up in her eyes and a truly sad expression on her face. She was twenty four but she felt five again. She tried not to let the tears spill but they did. "Argh" she said loudly, "TEARS" she cried. She didn't cry, not for her dad, not for anyone. Robin was a lier and an actress but she was never ever a crier.
