1912 would seem like a long ago for normal people when they learn about that year. But to Aronne Lucas Anderson, it doesn't seem that long ago. That was the year that he was born. Born like a normal person. But in 1931, he was born again into something else entirely. Who would have thought that a 19 year old young man would be in danger to walk down the same street that he has been living on for his whole life? Of course, there has been mysterious disappearances around the city, but no one ever thought that it was vampires. That was something that everyone read about in books or heard the myths. Aronne was one of them. He honestly didn't think that he would meet the creatures that haunted so many kids' nightmares just walking down the street at night. But he did and now he is stuck the age that they found him forever.
His parents were killed, by the same vampires that turned him, fourteen years later. Ever since then, Aronne swore to himself that he would not be like that. Yes, he still fed off human blood. But he doesn't touch women or children. If he knows that someone's life is about to end, he would end it for them. He moved all around the United States, so no one would get suspicious about him not aging. He knew that he was a wizard at an early age. The magical school in the US was as old as Hogwarts itself.
In the late of the nineties, he moved himself to London. Where he was to finish his schooling at Hogwarts. That's because he changed his papers, saying that he was an eighteen year old transfer from a school in the States. Of course, the school was made up but he had enough background to it that no one questioned him. So he went to school at Hogwarts for his 'seventh' year. There was one girl that stuck out to him. She was beautiful and for some reason, he didn't feel the need to feed around her. Yes, she was of a different house, but he still couldn't understand these feelings he was having. It was hard enough to go through this school with humans walking around him, or people being that close to him that he had another feeling that he couldn't quite explain.
Now here he is a couple years later, walking down a street, with his hood pulled up, and his dark green eyes scanning the streets. He had already had his fill of blood for the night and right now, well, he wasn't quite sure what he was doing. All he knew was, he has been obsessed with trying to find this girl. For two years, he has been going anywhere he thought he smelled her but nothing. It was making him annoyed, to say the least, and he was going to find her.

Night fell over the city of London, the faint glow of the sun's last rays smoldered on the horizon. Despite the low rumble of thunder in the distance, the summer evening was pleasant, but from the sound of the skies and the threatening clouds looming nearby, Elle knew it would be pouring very soon. It was that time of day when business was finally slowing down and the usual customers began retiring back to their homes or to start their night shifts. The World's End pub was a very old, very famous little place with a warm, old world feeling; glass lamps, the faint smell of sandal wood, smoke and a mild touch of cherry blossom.
"Stay safe, Mr. Bruchelli," she called after the elderly wizard as she wiped the little beads of sweat from her brow with the back of her hand. Elle Toranto grabbed the dish towel from her apron, drying off a few glasses as she moved from behind the bar, picking up a few empty glasses and mugs on various tables. Her eyes would glance over toward the windows, droplets of rain already pitter-pattering gathering on the slightly tinted and textured glass. Another grumble of thunder rolled above the pub and the skies seemed to open up, bringing on the rain.
There were a few other customers sitting and chatting quietly, chuckling among themselves. Elle moved about the pub, clearing off the wooden tables and making sure the remaining customers were comfortable and satisfied with their evening beverages and light suppers. "Let me know if you need anything else," she said with a smile in her voice. Glancing at her watch, she walked into the back kitchens. It was nearly nine o'clock.
Pulling on a headband pulling her hair away from her face, she wiped her hands on her apron as she walked back out to the bar. "Ivan, I'll see you later." she said over her shoulder before leaving the pub. Elle had been working there for only a few months because, but being a people-person was something she fell into rather easily. She worked two jobs, here at The World's End pub at night, and Madame Malkin's Robe Shop during the day. She sighed as she pulled on her normal clothes of jeans, a sweater with a heavier jacket over her outfit and left the pub since other waitress's/bartenders were there. She sighed as she walked down the street back to her apartment.

Aronne was just walking around the streets, staying as far away as the people walking around as he could. Yes, he was used to human scent, but that doesn't mean that he wants to be around it all of the time. This obsession with this girl that he met two years ago was something that has been on his mind since he realized what these feelings were. Heck, he doesn't even know the girl's name! All he knows is what he feels when he was around her back then. This girl is going to think he is some type of serial killer or stalker or something. But he has been on this planet long enough to know, that he doesn't give a crap about that.
Walking by a pub, he stopped dead in his tracks when he caught her scent. Was it her? He turned his head and saw a figure walking the opposite way. It had to be! He turned his direction to the way that the girl was going and knew that it was her. As soon as she walked into the shadows, he grabbed her from behind and threw his hand over her mouth. "Don't scream." He said softly into her ear. Without a warning, he Apparated with her to his home. It was about five blocks from the pub. Out in the country side where he wouldn't be bothered by mere mortals. He made sure that the charms were up to prevent her from leaving and stepped back from her.
"You don't know how long I have been looking for you!" Aronne's annoyance level was apparently through the roof right now. He ran his hand through his short brown hair and narrowed his eyes at her. "What's your name?" He wondered. But he knew that this girl wasn't going to answer him quickly. Thinking about something, he 'accio'ed her wand to him so she doesn't try to hex him. "I'm not here to hurt you." He said as he lowered his hood to let her look at him for the first time since he kidnapped her.

Elle sighed as she made her way back to her apartment. Her lovely empty apartment. Elle wasn't the one to have many people over at her place. Her place was her sanctuary. Sure she is a people-person, but she liked her alone time just as much. She was also outspoken and would tend to curse when she hung out with her guy friends. She shivered as she felt a harsh wind breeze that blew over her as she made her way back. The streetlights illuminated her path to her apartment.
She walked into the shadow for one brief moment and gasped when she felt an arm over her waist and a hand clamped on her mouth. Elle started to kick, of course. Why wouldn't a sane person do that? She was then apparated to who knows where. She blinked when she was set down in the living room, where looking out the window, Elle knew where she was. About half a block from her own home. She blinked at him when he asked how long he was looking for her. Wait a minute...she knew him. From Hogwarts.
They were in the same house. Aronne! That was it! She narrowed her eyes at him. "First of all, why the fuck did you kidnap me? Secondly, why should I tell you my name if you were looking for me all this time! You should know." Elle said snidely, watching him and then gasped and clutched for her wand when it was accio'd to him. "Then why did you kidnap me?" She asked, narrowing her eyes at him. "If you must know, my name is Elle, We were in the same house in Hogwarts." She added.

Oh, Aronne knew that this wasn't going to go over easy with her. Why would it? He did kidnap her right before she got to her apartment. Even as a vampire, he would know that she would not be too pleased to see him. He saw her expression when he took down his hood. Apparently, he was remembered as well as he remembered her. But his remembering wasn't as bad as her remembering him. This was going to be fun! Shouldn't he have at least walked with her and talked to her instead of taking her hostage? No, the reasonable Aronne would have thought that but the insane Aronne was overpowering that one.
Hearing her outbursts, he crossed his arms over his chest as he listened. After she was done with her rant, he rubbed his tempers. He really hated his very keen hearing at moments like this. "First of all, I really don't fucking know, alright? Second of all, because I never got it in school okay?" He said as he narrowed his eyes at her. When he finally got her name, he threw his hands up in victory. "Thank you, Elle." He unzipped his black hoodie to reveal a white graphic shirt under it and threw the hoodie to the side.
"First thing's first. I'll ask you a question and you can ask me a question." He said as he sat down in a chair. "But no more of this way did you kidnap me. Because I'll get to that. Plus after you get all the answers and I get all the answers we both want, I'll let you go." Aronne knew that he would go nuts if she left and he never saw her again. But he couldn't hold her prisoner here, could he?

Elle's right eye twitched. He doesn't know? How doesn't he know? He was the one who kidnapped her anyway! She snorted when he threw his hands up in victory. Well, hell. He was hott.
Elle didn't like that thought in her head.
But it has been too long since she had a boyfriend. Goddammit. Now she'll be looking at this guy like he's hott. But he was her kidnapper! She frowned as she got up and started to walk around the place that he lived in. It was cozy. Very cozy. It looked like a log cabin. All he needed was the snow outside and the fire roaring in the background. Right now, it just looked cold. And dreary. Elle ran her fingers through her reddish brown hair. She leaned against the wall, looking out the window. "Well it is a pretty good question." She remarked, before biting on her lower lip. Elliot looked over at him. "So, Aronne. Ask away." She said with a shrug. Eh, this was better than staying at home anyway.
Elle was an odd woman. Talking with her kidnapper instead of thinking about escape plans?
But then again. Elle was a very lonely woman at the age of nineteen, with no roommate, few friends, and no boyfriend.

Aronne watched her closely. Now, that he had gotten a good look at her, she was pretty damn beautiful herself. His dark green eyes followed her as she moved around his house. It was styled inside like a log cabin but the outside gave a ranch feel to it. The house caught his attention as soon as he seen it. But this wasn't the time to talk about the house that he was living in. Right now, it was all about this woman standing in his living room. Now that annoyance had kicked out, he knew that this was a very bad idea. As soon as he lets her out of here, she would run and tell the cops and once again, he would be on the run. Don't ask why he was on the run from people in America, because that would get someone killed.
Hearing her statement, he ran his hand through his short brown hair and nodded his head. "It is a very good question, but it's one that you will soon understand the reasoning behind what is happening." He stated himself. He leaned back in his chair and crossed his legs manly style with his arms crossed over his chest. "Do you believe in any myths or legends that you hear?" He figured that would be a good question. Because even to magical people, vampires were a myth. Werewolves were around, but not vampires. So he wanted to see what answer to that question would be.
He wasn't going to come right out and ask her questions that would give away what he was doing that quickly. No. Aronne wanted to toy with her mind for a bit before giving that away.

Elle sighed as she walked around. It was a nice place. One bedroom house, with a nice kitchen and a nicely sized living room. He was pretty good looking and she knew that he knew it. She sighed softly as he started to talk bout the reasoning behind what happened. Interesting. He wasn't like a normal kidnapper that she would hear on the news. He wasn't normal. She sighed softly as he asked her about myths.
Myths. Elle was fascinated by them. Once she had a clothing line that she designed all made after the myth the Lochness Monster as well as the Yetti, but in fashionable designs. She nodded. "I am aware of them and I believe in them." Elle added easily. Plus, if they had werewolves around, they must have vampires and lochness monster and yetti, and they also had mermaids. At least, the ones that lived in Hogwarts lake.
She walked back from the window and sat on the couch, across from him. She raised an eyebrow at him. "Go ahead. Continue." She added, waving a hand towards him in a gesture to continue.

Aronne kept his eyes on her as she moved around his house. He knew the house was gloomy and dark but he wasn't the bright type of person. He liked his dark colors. He highly doubt that someone would see a vampire in bright yellow or orange. Just thinking about those colors made him grimace with disgust. He wasn't normal at all. He wasn't even normal before he was turned.
Hearing her answer to his question, that made him smirk slightly at it. She may believe it but would she want to really know what is out there? He nodded his head as he lowered his other leg to the floor as he leaned forward so that his elbows were on his knees. But his eyes never lowered from her figure. "What do you know of vampires, Elle?" He wondered with a tilt of his head. Of course, he had to get her point on what he was. But he had a feeling that he would have to correct some of it for her. The one thing that he found funny was the fact that there was a book out about vampires that sparkled in the sunlight. Hell, he burns! What he wouldn't do to just sparkle in the sunlight. That would save him alot of trouble of having to go out during the day.
He has some burn marks on his back from having to run off someone from his property during the day. It hurt like hell. Of course, it healed but the completely to where his scars were still there.

Don't get her wrong, she liked the colors that was painted in the kitchen. It was a nice navy blue color. She almost expected to see the night sky above her head in the house, thats how nice of a blue it was. The place was dimly light, and also had dark green wall colors. Dark colors, but nice. She too wasn't the type to like yellow or orange. She was a Ravenclaw and loved the color blue.
She blinked over at him when he smirked. Dang. Hottness. She thought in her head. she blinked when she watched him lean forward on his knees on his elbows. She blinked at him. "Well they have fangs, of course. They're eyes turn red either during or after feeding. They burn in the sunlight, and they have soulmates. Their chosen has their other half of their soul that was born after them as a human." Elle answered. OH yes. She was very into vampires.
She remembered reading that book about how vampires sparkled in the sunlight. Elle laughed out loud when she read it in a bookstore in London. Many teenaged and pre-teen girls glared at her when she started giggling halfway through. Sure, she liked vampires as much as the next girl. But not that new idea of vampires. She liked the Lestat version of vampires. Or Dracula. That actually made more sense.

That's what Aronne did when the sun was out most days when he first moved in here. He painted the rooms because he hated the white walls in the living room and the yellow walls in the kitchen. His room was painted a rich brown color that matched the wooden furniture that occupied his room. He couldn't go outside while the sun was out, so what better thing to do than to paint his house the colors that he liked. The greens and blues were his favorite though. The house had an old feeling to it, but the appliances and the furniture gave it a modern spin.
He listened to her when she list the things that she knew about vampires. Wow, she did know. He stood up and walked around the coffee table and stood before her. "Would a mere mortal know that they were in the presence of a vampire?" Yes, his vampire side was talking for him. Why else would he say mere mortal? She was a smart girl, she would probably figure it would out on her own. But he was playing with her first. He smirked at her again before stepping back and taking his wand out to light the fireplace. "Or do you believe that rubbish that those books are printing about them?" She had to figure out what he was getting at with all of the questions about vampires.
Aronne turned his back to her, the back of his arms had fresh burns from going out the day before to chase a group of teens from breaking into his house.

She did like the colors on the walls. She sighed as she looked around. It overlooked a nice piece of property in the back, going into the woods. And the front over looked a small front yard and then to the main street where the end of the town was with a few shoppes. She sighed softly, running her fingers through her hair as her chocolate brown eyes. It was a nice modern spin on the architecture of the house.
She did know. Elle prided herself by knowing about vampires. She raised an eyebrow when he walked over to her. Dang. He's hot. She bit her lip when he told her a mere mortal in the prescence of a vampire. "Probably not. But I'm guessing you're not human, and a vampire. Am I right?" Elle asked with a smirk on her face. Of course Elle figured it out. Right when he asked about myths, to him floating in the shadows, to the colors of his house, to his eyes, to his mere prescence in Hogwarts. She had an inkling in HOgwarts, or was it a fantasy, that he was a vampire.
And here he was. Living and breathing infront of her. Well, not living, but one gets the idea. Elle snorted when he asked about her reading those books. "You mean Twilight? Of course I don't believe in that rubbish. So what's a vampire like you, want with a human like me?" Elle asked, as she leaned back in the couch, slouching slightly.

Aronne watched her closely as if trying to see what her brain was doing. But when she spoke, he smirked and clapped his hands. "I was wondering when you would figure it out." He smirked as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Smart girl." He praised her. If it was anyone else, he would still be standing in the same spot until dawn asking questions and probably the other person still wouldn't get it. He never thought someone would actually get what he was and not be scared by it. But judging by how she was acting, she wasn't scared of him. He hopes so anyway. He couldn't be having her scared of him.
He tilted his head at the snort and chuckled softly at her mention Twilight. "Good because I know for a fact that we do not 'sparkle' in the sunlight," he did the air quotes," although that would be really neat." He tapped his chin in thought before he looked at her to answer her question. "Think back to all of the things that you told me that you know of vampires." He leaned against the wall as she leaned back in the couch. He put his hands in his pockets as he looked at her. Dang, she was beautiful.
"There will be only one reason that I would basically kidnap, sorry about that, you and hold you here to answer some questions." Aronne had a humored look on his face. "And believe me it wasn't to play twenty questions either." He chuckled at that. But before she could answer him, he went ahead and told her. "Since I first seen you, I had this feeling, not a bad feeling, but a feeling that I knew you before you even exsisted. Strange, yes, odd, not really. Not in my world. See, if you aren't catching my drift, you are my soul mate, Elle." He said with a defeated tone. Why would she be happy that she was his soul mate and he was hers? He was a monster, a vampire. Whereas she is a beautiful human being that still had her life ahead of her.

Elle rolled her eyes with a smile when he praised her. She wondered briefly if he wouldn't have kidnapped her if she wasn't smart. She guessed probably not. She sighed softly as she looked over at Aronne. He was hot. She couldn't help that. And of course she wasn't scared of him. Why? She was interested. Hell, she was interested.
Elle giggled softly when he said that they do not sparkle in the sun. "It would be funny if you did." She said amused. She was amused if that happened. She wasn't sure if he liked that aspect. It would make her laugh. Elle looked over at him and scratched her head looking up at him, thinking.
Elle's eyes widened slightly when he told her that he had this feeling for her for a long time. And that she was his soulmate. Or he was her soulmate. Or they were each other's soulmates. "I know." She said after, when he told her the one reason. And it wasn't to play twenty questions. She got up and walked over to him when he was talking and stood infront of him when he told her that she's his soulmate. She still couldn't believe it. She tentatively wrapped her arms around his middle, hugging him.
Elle knew that she lost it.
She was crazy.
Hugging a vampire!
Who is her soul mate.

Aronne saw the smile and loved it. He saw her smile so many times in school to people but never directed at something that he said. She was even more beautiful when she smiled. He ran his hand through his hair as he looked at her. He just couldn't keep his eyes off of her. She had to be the most beautiful creature he ever laid his eyes on. And believe him, he has seen alot of people in his time.
He heard what she said with the giggle and nodded his head. "I definately wouldn't go outside then." He smiled slightly at her. Aronne didn't like the aspect of sparkling, he would take the burning any day of the week and twice on Sunday. He doesn't know how a vampire could show themselves to someone when they sparkle. 'Look at me, I drink for animals and some drink from people but it's alright because I SPARKLE!' Yes, those were words that went flying through his head when he was reading those books. His Bella was Elle. But she was far more beautiful than the plain girl in the book.
Hearing her words, he nodded his head. His green eyes followed her as she stood in front of him. He was shocked to say the least when he felt those warm, small arms wrap around him in a hug. Whoa. He wasn't expecting her to hug him. After a few seconds of shock, he finally wrapped his own arms around her and hugged her back. Did she realize that she was hugging a vampire? Well, she had to know, she was a smart girl. He hugged her for a moment or two before pulling away. "I bet you weren't expecting to be kidnapped, find out someone you went to school with is a vampire, and hug someone that is your soul mate, did you?" Aronne said with a true smile on his face. What? Even vampires get happy.
