Patrick and Ramona were a delight to be around and so were their grandkids. He had already promised to let Max come over and have a guy day and Olivia, well, she was a cutie and so intelligent for a three year old. She had followed Tony and despite her somewhat, shy nature she asked Tony bunches of questions. Alice did look like her father, he wondered whose attitude she got. Tony despite his worries, had a wonderful time visiting Ramona, Patrick, Max and Olivia. They were nice to him and never really asked him about his job or anything like that. They took pictures and mostly just chatted about everything and anything. Tony missed the kids, which fueled his desire to have more than one child. He knew for a fact that he would spoil his kids to death and now, that Alice was pregnant; well he was excited for the kid. It would give him a responsbilty that he never had and that scared him. Scared him to think what if he wasn’t a good father. The thoughts tore at him on the inside as he put a smile on his face for the whole night.
He strode forward, grinning as he stepped close to her. He looked down at her, smiling as he slowly took the package out of her grasp. A blush crept over her face which in return made him grin. Hey, he had hopde it was lingerie but, whatever the gift was he knew that he would love it regardless. His fingers tore at the package with great excitement, no one had ever really given him a gift, except for Pepper, Jim, and Alice. His fingers grasped the old arc reactor and pulled it out slowly, marveling at the engraving.

Max was the kind of boy to play video games, and had toy model cars and played in his neighborhood's soccer little league team. Alice kenw that if they were to have a guy day, she would have a girl day with Olivia who loved he ez-bake oven and playing dress up. Alice smiled taking a photo of Tony walking from one room to the next and Olivia following his every move. It was an adorable shot. Alice knew that she wanted to have a child of her own. Was it bad for her to be thinking about baby names when she was only a month and a few weeks along? Alice had a few ideas for a girl and a few ideas if it was a boy. Alice had a feeling that Tony was scared if he wasn't goin to be a good father. WIth how he acted with Max and Livy (nickname for Olivia), he were to be a great father. He scolded them sternly when they knocked her mother's plastic vase over, and made them say sorry to their grandma. They knew to listen to Tony, since he had that authority figure demeanor.
If Alice were to get lingerie, she wouldn't have given it to him in his garage. That would be for the bedroom, of course. She thought that it was a nice gift. Alice did put a lot of thought into it and didn't want to throw the arc reactor away, since it was something that was there when they met, and it will still be there even when he has the new one in his chest already. Alice shoved her hands into her over-sized cardigan, that made it seem like she stole it from Tony's closet, as she shifted from one foot to the other, her floral skirt swishing around her as she shifted from anticipation. "Like it?" She smiled, remembering the engraving that she put on the edge of his arc reactor. "Proof that Tony Stark has a heart.-Alice" It read.

Max reminded Tony so much of himself when he was kid except for the soccer part, Tony didn’t play soccer, he played baseball. He knew that Max and himself would have a blast together, while the girls did...girl things. He ran a hand through his hair as he felt a little hand gripping the back of his shirt. He turned his head over his shoulder, smiling lightly down at Olivia. Tony was confident that Alice would turn out to be a great mother, but, Tony being a great father? He wasn’t so sure and what would Pepper, Jim, Obadiah, the press think? As bad as it was he cared what the press thought about him being a da-da. Despite everything, he had picked out names also. That was pure instinct, he decided when he scolded the kids. Once they said sorry, he took them into the other room and gave them some sweets for saying sorry. He did so secretly, making sure the kids told no one what Tony had given them. Their little secret he told them. Tony wouldn’t care where in his house she would gave it to him, it was thought that counted..right? Of course, it was thought that counted, she wouldn’t even be wearing afterwards. He stared at the arc wondering if he remembered her taking it or not when they put the new one in. He turned it around slowly in his hands, holding it gingerly in his hands. Out of the corner of his eyes he briefly saw her shove her hands into her shirt and shifted from one foot to another, he smiled lightly. He nodded, kissing her lightly, “Love it.” He whispered softly, looking tenderly at her. His fingrs brushed over the engraving, feeling every single bump and groove of a letter.

Of course the girls would do girl things, like baking together, or playing dress up, or giving each other pedicures. Alan's wife Jessica loved Alice as "Auntie Alice." and loved having Alice to babysit them from time to time. They made it a weekly thing to hang out with her neice and nephew and her brother and sister-in-law. However, those three months her family was realyl worried for her, and Ramona had to tell the kids that she was on a trip and will be back soon. There weren't words to describe how happy the kids were to see Alice again. Alice knew that he would be a great father. it was a gut instinct of hers.
Alice watched him as he turned the arc reactor around out of its case. She smiled, as she shifted from foot to foot, watching him. She leaned up and kissed him slightly deeper. "Great." She smiled back at him.
About 2 months later, it was Alice's fourth month, plus she and Tony were invited to this gala for a charity benefit. There were rumors around with Tony and Alice, and they wanted to break the news to...well...the world. Alice was mentally ready to have the press on her, and she knew that Tony was bursting with joy to tell the world that they are to be having a baby girl. Alice sighed as she felt a small kick of the baby inside her as she was in their bedroom, getting ready for the gala. She wasn't entirely sure what to wear, and she already bought maternity clothes for herself. Alice already had her make up done, as well as her hair. "Are you ready yet?" Alice asked, as s he pressed the intercom button to Tony who was in the workshop/lair. She was only wearing her bra and underwear, not ready to get fully dressed yet. And she was definitely showing at this point. She was going to wear a strapless black gown that hugged her curves. And her hair up in a bun.

Tony kisses her back deeply, wrapping his arms gingerly around her. He smiled, holding the case behind her back. “It truly is great, it means a lot.” He ran a hand through her hair, staring at her in her oversized shirt. She was adorable. Alice was fourth months along and he was just as excited as he was on the first day they found out. He was practically jumping around all the time, he couldn’t wait for Alice to have their child. Tony knew exactly what he was going to say to the press and well, hell, he wasn’t going to answer any damn questions. He was going to stand up, say what needed to be said, and then sit back down next to Alice. He ran his hand through his hair as he stared at the suit, with a hand on his waist. They already had a dozen successes with the suit, it was time to give it some color. Well, a repaint; he didn’t like the way it looked. Although he loved the gold and red, it just needed to be different. He jumped at Alice’s voice via intercom, he looked down at his jeans and undershirt. “Yes, dear. Are you?” He pressed back and then ran over to one of his cars, popping open the trunk. He drug out a suit, pulled the shirt on, then the jacket. He slipped out of his jeans and put on the suit pants. He then ran back over and hastily put the design of the suit into the computer.

Alice smiled into the kiss, kissing him back more. She grinned. "I know it does. That's why I did it." Alice said with a smile towards him. She wanted to show how much the arc reactor and Yinsen's mind helped Tony get make a mini arc reactor and to keep Tony alive, even when they couldn't keep Yinsen alive.
Alice knew that Tony was excited for their child as much as she. However, she still needed to talk with Tony about what the name for their baby should be. She doesn't want to name her Apple or Zuma like the other celebrity-babies were named. She wanted her child to be named either, Amelia Grace Stark, Sophia Hayley Stark, or Emma Marie Stark. Alice had many ideas for baby names. She did like Olivia but then again Jessica, Alan's wife got that name before her. Alice heard him call out to her. "Almost. I just need some help getting into the dress." Alice replied back on the intercom. Alice also wanted to get her baby's nursery done too.
She smiled when he helped her zip up the dress and she turned around and kissed him on the lips, giggling when she felt her baby kicking in her tummy. It was an odd feeling, but her baby likes hearing her father's voice. She knew her daughter will be a Daddy's Girl. Probably be like her and him. Alice smiled as they hopped into the car and soon enough, they were at the gala, with Jim and Pepper already there, waiting to get them into the place. Paparazzi and reporters and photographers alike were already there, snapping photos away and asking the couple questions, but they continued to walk to the building. Alice sighed as she looked over at Tony and Pepper and Jim. "That was exciting." She said with a small grin on her face. Pepper chuckled softly at Alice. "Yes, well, when you're carrying a multi-millinaire's baby, that does tend to happen." Pepper added with a smile.

Tony ran a hand down her cheek, cupping her face in his hand as they stood there. He smiled at her grin, she was too cute. His fingers ran through his hair and then reached for a stranf of her hair, twirling it around his fingers slowly. That arc meant so much to him, he went through hell with that arc.
Tony wasn’t just excited, he was estatic and nervous at the same time, mixing together and making one emotion. He loved the fact he was having a girl but, he would like to have a son. Hey, it’s a guy thing. As for the name, well, his daughter’s...his daughter! His daughter’s name would be simply yet elegant. He liked Beth Alexanderia Stark, Hayley Gram Stark, or Annette Victoria Stark. Alas, he didn’t know what Alice would think but, they would find the perfect name for their daughter. He jogged out of the workshop, heading up to where Alice was. He grinned at the sight of her belly as he strode into the room, “And how are my two wonderful ladies?” He asked placing a kiss on Alice’s cheek and then on her belly. Tony grinned as he zipped up her dress, kissing her back when she spun around. He placed a hand on her stomach, feeling the kick. He laughed softly, “I think our daughter likes me more than she does you.” He teased, giving Alice a small kiss on the cheek. He looked down at Alice in her dress, grinning. He stared through his sunglasses as they made their way out of the car and into the building where the gala was held. He kept his eyes forward, acknowledging the fans and signing a couple of pictures before rejoining, Alice’s side. He ran a hand through his hair as a smile lit up his face. He nodded to Jim and Pepper who despite were working, kept giving each other glances. Tony chuckled, “Always sarcastic, Pepper. How very droll of you.” He teased, taking off the sunglasses. His eyes narrowed, “Hey, she’s worth more than than that, Pepper.” He grinned at Pepper before, looking down at Alice’s belly and then up at her.

Alice beamed back up at him as he gave her a grin back. She knew that the arc meant so much to him. And she wanted to show him how much she appreciated him, and Yinsen for making it for him. It was a way to honor them both, really.
Alice was just estatic. And next time, they'll just try for a boy. Alice only wanted two children. Older is a girl, younger is a boy. And throw in a dog or two there and Alice is one happy camper. She knew Tony was hoping for a son. Next time they plan for another child, they'll get a son. Alice wasn't sure what he was thinking but they will get the perfect name for their daughter. Maybe Victoria Sophie Stark. Two of their named that they liked into one. Alice giggled when he kissed her cheek and then her belly. "We're fine as always." Alice sid with a smile.
Alice pouted. "Well I do think so as well. She'll be a Daddy's Girl." Alice said with a smile towards him. Alice just smiled at the photographers and posed. But she didn't want to answer questions at that time. Heck, they didn't even compromise on a name yet. Jim smirked at the comment. "And also your girlfriend. Interesting to see how you're introducing the two six months after being together." Jim commented, his hand on the small of Pepper's back. Pepper rolled her eyes at Tony befor looking over at Alice with a smile. "So, have any names yet?" Pepper asked softly as the four made their way to a table of about 6 other celebrities there. "I have a few ideas." Alice said softly, as she held her hand in Tony's and smiled at him before taking her seat at the round table.

The arc itself and the what it meant was simplicity at best, well to Tony and Alice of course. Tony figured he would make something in memory of Yinsen, he just hadn’t gotten around to it yet. Of course, Alice did make something in memory of Yinsen for both he and her.
Tony hoped they would get a boy next time, if there was ever a next time. He wasn’t sure if Alice wanted any more kids. Tony would love to have at leasy three kids. He knew for a fact that no matter what, those kids were going to be spoiled to the core. He had a feeling that if he proposed to Alice today, she would say yes. He hoped she would. I mean, they were having a kid together. The name of the said daughted has been undecided, he will try to push for Hayley Gram Stark but, he would most likely given into the demands of his soon to be wife. He smiled, “Good.”
He grinned, nodding as he patted Alice’s head, “She loves her mommy too.” He cooed at Alice, snickering slightly. As much to his dismay, he let Alice pose for the photographers. Questions hurtled through the air as they made their way inside the building. As soon as they got home, he hoped to talk about the name for their daughter. Tony shot Jim a look before shrugging his shoulders, “Better late than never, Jimbo.” Tony blinked at the flashing lights, he leaned toward a secruity guard. “Get those two bone heads out of here, this is a charity not some damned free for all.” He caught up with Alice, and the other love birds, just as Pepper spoke. He nodded, “I have a few ideas myself.” He looked down at Alice before, pulling her seat out for her to sit in. He then sat down next to hear, saying a hello to the celebrities.

Alice definitely wanted to have more than one kid. She wanted two, maybe three. Alice knew from psychology that two was good. One is the older, and gets attention for htat, and one is the baby, and gets attention for that. If there was a third child, the middle child syndrome, the middle child wouldn't get as much attention or as much love. Though in Alice's case, she doubted that would happen. She was the kind of woman to make sure that each child was loved equally. Alice smiled back at him.
Alice giggled when he cooed at her. He was just too cute for words. "Well I better hope so." She looked down at her belly, which wasn't even as big yet. But with her tiny stature, she already looked as though she was 6 months along instead of 4 or 5. Jim chuckled at Tony and shook his head. "Sure sure, Tony." He said with a smirk. The secruity guard blinked at Tony and nodded, before getting the paparazzi, reporters, and photographers to leave the gala area. Alice smiled at Tony in thanks as she sat down. "Oh really?" Alice raised an eyebrow towards him. She wondered what ideas he had for the name of their daughter. Alice's heart fluttered at the thought of "their" daughter.
"Tony!"
Alice turned around to see a woman there. Ugh. That blonde woman that was at Tony's press conference about almost 5 months ago. "So good to see you here!" The woman, named Christine Everhart smiled at her, as she wore a stunning green gown. Alice raised an eyebrow at her. "So, I have a few questions to ask you Tony?" Christine waited for her answer and then continued anyway, "So who is this lovely woman that is sitting with you? I'm guessing from your press conference earlier in the year that this is your girlfriend?" Christine pressed, as she moved closer to Tony. Alice stood up and moved to Tony's side, holding her hand in his, and squeezed it gently, not liking this woman's very forward actions. "Did you force her and now she's pregnant? What's the sex of the baby? Are you only going out with her because she's pregnant with your child?" Christine continued on, as Alice's eyes gotten more narrowed with anger. How dare this reporter think that he forced himself on her.

Tony was happy with two, if that’s what Alice wanted. He would be happy with two kids of his own. Whatever Alice wanted, he wanted also. He could see how two kids would be handful for the new couple but, Tony knew he wanted a medium sized family. Alice would be a great mother, that he had no doubt of. Plus, the kids would love the robots and the huge house. Tony knew that when the chance came, he would start researching to see if Jarvis could feel emotions.
A voice interrupted his thoughts and this voice was not what he wanted to hear."Tony!"
Tony turned toward the woman as his eyes narrowed at her. Didn’t he tell the guard to get all those reporters out of here? He offered a forced smile as she walked over toward their table. His fingers wrapped around Alice’s fingers, holding them as the annoying reporter offered them a smile. “I'm disinclined to acquiesce to your request.” He replied sharply, cutting her off. He raised a hand, hoping to silence her but, no avail. He sighed, resting his fingers against his temple. He stared darkly at the woman as she continued to ramble, spweing questions every thirty seconds. Tony scooted his chair away from her with his eyes closed in concentration. Without warning, his hand slammed against the table as he stood up, “Will you shut up? No I didn’t force her! Is it any of your damn business what sex the baby is? No, it is not.” He spoke, in a quite yet deathly tone. “I am going out with her because, I love her. Damn it.” Tony stared at the woman and pointed to the door, “Now, leave before I have someone who will make you.”

Alice knew that she wanted a family either way. Two or three, they can discuss that at a later time. Alice was the kind of woman to love to have kids and be with kids. And probably turn her business over or have her kids at her work: the Daycare Center.
Alice frowned when Christine came here. Christine blinked surprised when he cut her off. Well! Christine didn't know that he would be so rude to her. Alice held his hand in hers a bit tighter now. Alice blinked when he slammed his hand on the table, making Heidi Klum and her husband Seal stop talking to look over at them and the reporter briefly. Alice's heart fluttered when he told her that he loved her. He did? Really? She blushed and smiled as she watched the two. Pepper looked ready to intervene at any moment. Christine huffed. "Well!" She said, offended, but trotted off.
Alice sighed as Christine left. "So you love me, huh?" Alice said with a bright smile on her face. Well, Alice didn't expect it to be heard in that situation but she still liked hearing it. Alice smiled at him and leaned in to whisper into his ear. "I love you too." Alice said softly into his ear before kissing right behind his ear gently. Alice then pulled back and smiled at him.

Tony finally had enough of all the damn reporters who tried to weasel their way into his life and affairs. Christine had pushed him over the edge when she began to ask outlandish questions. “My apologies Heidi and Seal.” He looked over at them, smiling lightly as his cheeks turned a small hint of red. “Allow me to introduce Alice, my girlfriend.” He smiled at Alice and back at Heidi and Seal. Yep, totally true. He loved her... a lot. Tony looked over to where the body guard was, he gave him a nod. As soon as Christine left, two doves flew in landing on the table, directly in front of Alice. Low and behold a small box was attached to one of the dove’s legs.
Tony looked over at him, an incredolous look on his face, “Of course, I love you.” He nodded before smiling at her. He was practically dancing, waiting for her to turn and see the doves right before her. “I know you do, dear.” He placed a kiss on her cheek, “Now, let’s sit down. People are staring oddly at us.” Of course, the on-lookers weren’t staring at them but, the doves on the table.

Heidi smiled. "No problem Tony." She said with her slight german accent, holding Seal's large hand in hers. Alice couldn't help but to stare at Heidi. Alice was a fan of hers on the Project Runway show, and now they're sitting at the same table. Heidi smiled at Alice. "Nice to meet you Alice. How far along are you?" Heidi did have 4 kids of her own. Alice smiled back. "Nice to meet you too Heidi. I'm four months." She said sheepishly, rubbing the back of her neck gently.
Alice pulled away from him. She giggled softly and sat back down at her seat at their table. She blinked down at the two doves with the box. "Tony? What's this?" Alice said, her heart beating faster than usual. Surly, he wasn't thinking? Oh my god, it is what he and she were thinking. Alice blinked at the dove and untied the ribbon off of the dove's leg, and then stroked the head of the dove. So soft. "Do you want to open it or shall I?" Alice asked him softly with a beam on her face, having a big idea what he was going to do.

Tony said nothing as he grinned, watching her as she stared at the doves and the box. His fingers itched to take the box off and hurry it into her hands. His heart was beating like a race horse on a field, fighting for first place. He ran a hand through his hair as he watched her reaction. The doves were wild, they only stood so still because, they were with their mate. It took Tony forever to find the other mate to the bird, hence why he hadn’t asked her to marry him sooner. He plucked the box out of her hands and went down on one knee. “Alice,” he pauses as he opens the box, “will you marry me?” He raised an eyebrow, grinning as his breath heightened.
